Q. what is "encore"?

A. Encore is a direct to consumer shopping experience to get last chance items that most of our retail stores are no longer carrying.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. All sales are final . We do not offer returns and/or exchanges at this time.

Q. Where can i find the sizing chart?

Q. I received my tracking number and it isn't working?

A. All tracking numbers are provided to Claudette's shipping department upon processing your order for shipment.  Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to become active in the post office's system.

Q. Where can I find the latest collections of Claudette?

A.  Please visit our Store locator to find a retailer near you. 

Q. Can i order items not available on encore directly from claudette?

A. we can try to assist you in finiding an item you are looking for. however the newest collections can be found in authorized retail shops.please visit our store locator to find a store near you.

 Q. Will Encore itmes that are  "out of stock " Be available again?

A. unfortunately, all encore items will not be replenished going forward. 

Q. Where do you ship?

A. We currently ship to all 50 United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom via the United States Postal Service. See additional information under “Do you ship internationally?”

Q. What carrier do you use for shipping?

A.  We currently use USPS as our primary carrier for all packages. We reserve the right to substitute an alternate carrier at no additional expense to you if necessary to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Shipping charges vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your package as well as the service level chosen. Rates will be shown during checkout.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A.  We currently ship internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes which are not included in your cost at checkout. Due to shipping regulations, orders shipped via USPS First Class International are limited to US$400.00 weighing a maximum of 4 lbs. All orders over US$400.00 or weighing more than 4 lbs. must be shipped must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. If your order exceeds the US$ value or weight, and you selected USPS First Class International shipping at checkout, we will contact you to arrange to ship via USPS  Priority Mail International.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. We usually ship all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.

Q. How do I track my order?

US TRACKING

A. All US orders will receive a tracking number when your shipment is processed. You may track your order by going to https://www.usps.com/ and entering the tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers are generated when your order is processed. The tracking number will not show in the USPS system until the package is scanned by USPS when it is picked up by the carrier.

International Tracking

A. Orders to Canada and the United Kingdom shipped via USPS Priority Mail International will receive a tracking number when your shipment is processed. You may track your order by going to https://www.usps.com/ and entering the tracking numbeR.  Please note that tracking numbers are generated when your order is processed. The tracking number will not show in the USPS system until the package is scanned by USPS when it is picked up by the carrier. Orders to Canada and the United Kingdom shipped via USPS First Class International are not trackable. Please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping method.

Q How long will it take to receive my package?

A. US orders will arrive in approximately 3-5 business days after being turned over to USPS. International orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail International will arrive in approximately 6-10 days after being turned over to USPS. International orders shipped via USPS First Class International may take up to 21 business days to arrive after being turned over to USPS. All delivery times are estimates. Our carriers do not guarantee arrival dates. We are not responsible for delays for any reason including, but not limited to weather, unavailability of customer to sign for package, or delays in customs clearance.

Q. can i order merchandise for my retail store on encore?

A. we are happy to set up a wholesale account for your business so you can be an authorized claudette retailer. please contact sales@loveclaudette.com to discuss opening up a wholesale account with us. Encore merchandise is the end of the stock in these specific color ways and is no longer in production. 

Q. I made a mistake when I entered my information. what do i do?
